The room was incredibly spacious with gorgeous wood floors, perfect for my pup! The outdoor pool area was fabulous, especially the cute airstream trailer bar. Plus, the location made it super easy to explore shops and restaurants right across the street!

The pool area is really nice, with a great tropical vibe and an Airstream bar. Parking was tricky at night, which made things a bit inconvenient. Loved the retro decor and how clean the rooms were. Celebrated my birthday here. Not a bad price for a stay. The pool was fantastic with a lovely adult-only atmosphere after 5 p.m. Nice staff offered early check-in. Room was spacious, but cleanliness fell short; we had to keep shoes on due to dirty floors. Had issues with multiple pending charges and subpar breakfast options. Noise was a significant issue, especially from neighbors and outside traffic. Parking was a challenge, particularly at night. The no-kids rule at the pool wasn't enforced effectively. Some redeeming qualities definitely exist, but they must address these concerns for a smoother experience. Would consider returning, but only with improvements.

Breakfast was lackluster-bland and overpriced. Room 104 felt more like a basement, with limited light and constant noise from the stairs. Still, the location is perfect for exploring the area. amazing spacious room with great amenities

My friends and I had a blast checking out the neat rock formation atop the trail and riding the 200, foot, tall ferris wheel with epic mountain views. The clean comedy shows were hilarious for us young party, goers and the staff was super cool and welcoming.

I wish there were more lively nightlife options nearby for us young folks to keep the party going late into the night! .

From morning till evening, there were endless activities to keep the whole family entertained. Riding the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel provided breathtaking views, while exploring The Island's shops and restaurants was a treat for all ages. The shows featuring clean comedy were a hit, making it a memorable family vacation spot.

the room was clean, the staff was wonderful, and the prices were amazing! the location is perfect for all families, right across the street from the island. publix is very close, by as is dollar general. the staff was really responsive and accommodating, and they even moved our rooms so we could be closer together. the breakfast was great with a variety of options. the pool had been redone with a slide, which everyone loved. lots of families were there having a great time.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Wayback. The outdoor pool was heated, and the kids loved it. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The maids were very friendly and accommodating, and the staff at check-in was kind. The breakfast was delicious and convenient, with a wide selection. Our stay at The Wayback was fantastic! The location was perfect, right across the street from The Island in Pigeon Forge, so we could easily walk to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and offered great advice on places to visit. We loved the convenience of the on-site parking and the 24-hour reception. The outdoor swimming pool was a great addition for relaxation after a day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn't bother us much as we enjoyed the hiking and golf courses nearby. a great stay at a great price!
